Illo AG/PT: Have a look at Exhibit A and tell this court if it is the AK47 you have released to the defendant? PW6: Yes this is the AK47 released to the defendant. A.A. Illo AG/PT: The witness has identified Exhibit A as the AK47 riffle he had released to the defendant. PW6: After I released the arms and ammunitions, the defendant left to the Force Headquarters from where he was posted to the Usman Danfodiyo University gate for checking. That is only role I played.
