SENTENCE Court: In consideration of the provision 169 of the ACJL of Sokoto State 2019, and the plea bargain agreement between the parties which was reduced into and filed before this court on the 23/1/2024, I hereby find you Jesse Osazuwa Ailabojie guilty of the offence of Criminal Breach of Trust punishable under section 301 of the Sokoto state penal code law 2019 and sentence you to a fine of N20,000 for the said offence or 1 year imprisonment in default. You are also adjudged to make a restitution of the N170,000 to the victim of the crime as contained in the plea bargain agreement. The sentence takes effect from today. Signed HON.
