Finally, the PW4 stated that the Defendant did not tell the EFCC that the work he was doing had grave national security implications. No re-examination, PW4 discharged and that is the case for the prosecution. In defence of this matter, when the amended 4 count charge was read to the Defendant, he pleaded not guilty to the charge and thereafter testified as DW1 after the close of the prosecution’s case. In his evidence-in-chief, the DW1 stated that he was never a member of Procurement and Planning Committee of the Nigeria Air Force.
