That in view of the threat and as a responsible father he conceded to refund the money under interrogation with the hope that he will be reimbursed by Himma Abubakar. That STF1 obtained a statement from the Defendant and directed him to go and see STF2 headed by Ibrahim Musa Mairiga. At STF2 the interrogation was question and answer with threat of arresting the Defendant’s daughters.
