JUDGMENT Court: With the fiat of the Attorney General of Sokoto State, Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya Esq. filed a two (2) counts charges for the offences of Criminal Conspiracy and Kidnapping punishable under Sections 60 (1) and 247 (b) of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law 2019 respectively against the defendants. When the two (2) counts charges were read and explained to the defendants in Hausa language, the defendants pleaded not guilty to all the two (2) counts charges and so the case proceeded to full trial proceedings.
