JUDGMENT The Defendant was arraigned in this Honourable Court on a one Count Charge to wit. That you, Victor Ilya Mshelia sometime in November 2018 at Abuja within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court did dishonestly induce one Mwajim Stover B. of Hybirdge Technical Company Limited to deliver a cumulative sum of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only) by deceiving him that you had the capacity to help him recover his car that was stolen which you knew was false and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 322 of the Penal Code.
