In consideration of all the foregoing, it is the humble view of this court that it will not served the better interest of justice to grant reliefs (a) – (e) and (g) of the Applicant’s application. However, first limb of relief (f) of the Applicant’s application is hereby granted as prayed. Accordingly, the Applicant is hereby granted bail in the sum of N500,000 and two (2) sureties in like sum each.
