RULING In consideration of the averments contained in the Applicant’s supporting affidavit and the contained of Exhibit “A” annexed there under which is the F.I.R, the Applicant is accused of committing the offences of Criminal Conspiracy and Armed Robbery Contrary to Sections 60 and 287 of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law 2019, sometimes in December, 2020 and taken to Chief Magistrate Court Gwadabawa on 4/3/2021 vide F.I.R No. CMC/GWD/18C/2021. By the provisions of Section 287(2)(a) of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law 2019, a person, accused of armed robbery is liable to death sentence if eventually convicted. Page 1 of 2
