unsworn testimony. She told this Hon. Court that her name is Nana Firdausi Bello and that she was 9 years old and lived at Minanata Area Sokoto. She further told this court that she was in primary school and she was at class 5 and that she attended a school called Basic Education at Kasuwar Kanawa, Sokoto. This witness further told this court that she knew the defendant in the dock and that his name is Nasiru. This witness further told this court that one day when she went to fetch water at a house called Gidan Mangurori and the defendant met her there and asked her if she want to pluck mangoes and after that the defendant took her on his shoulders and he started touching her private part. This witness further told this court that after plucking the mangoes the defendant told her to go into his room to fetch a leather bag in order to put the mangoes.
