JUDGMENT The accused person is standing trial before this court on a 27 Amended Count Charge of conspiracy, theft, forgery, using as genuine forged documents and obtaining money by false pretence. Prior to the amendment of the charge, the accused person was standing trial with two other persons, this is, one Ojeyinka Omotosho (now at large) and Adewale Adesanya who was discharged based on his no case submission.
