The one that we don’t know whistled to those lying down and they then wake up. They saw us and we saw them. Then they ran away. The one that we don’t know shot my junior brother with gun and my brother shot back. Then he ran away after he threw away his gun. Usman Mohammed pursued him, but myself and other people who followed us, stopped at where Hajiya Maryam was until when my brother Usman Mohammed came back. Thereafter we took her back home with the gun of the one of them whom we don’t know. When the police of Tambuwal visited our house for condolence, we explained to them all what has happened and also gave them the gun. I can identify the gun because it has one belt that is being used to hold it on a shoulder it also has a wooden handle. This exhibit ‘A’ is the gun we recovered and there is one empty cartridge. I can identify the empty cartridge because it is red in colour and this exhibit ‘B’ is the empty cartridge. That is all.
