{3} persons accused of kidnapping our mother and I saw and recognized 2 of them. But I can’t say whether the 3rd defendant was or was not among them because I don’t know him. I saw three {3} of them, 2 were sleeping and he who was not sleeping did not mask his face but he was wearing a Cap and a turban and did not mask his face. I saw his face, but I cannot say whose face I saw. Court: After the close of the prosecution’s case the defence open their defence on 27/1/2021 and called three {3} witnesses in their defence to the charges with which they were arraigned. The three {3} witnesses who testified for the defence as DW1, DW2 and DW3, are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd defendants respectively.
