We finally urge this court to hold that pursuant to the provisions of Section 6, 7, 38, 46 of the EFCC Establishment Act, 2004, and Sections 311 and 312 of the Penal Code of Northern Nig. Cap. 89, the EFCC has the power to investigate and prosecute the Defendant in Charge No. SS/34C/2021 and also to hold that paragraphs 11-22 of the counter affidavit having not been controverted, same are deemed as having been admitted.
