After the DPO of Kwanni Division arrived, the defendant was taken to CID Sokoto and we were instructed to take the corpse to UDUTH. Whether took him to UDUTH where the doctors confirmed his death. We were then asked to convey the corpse to Mortuary. We then proceeded to CID Sokoto where the case is being investigated and it was confirmed nobody used his gun except the defendant.
